[Book Review] If Shadows Could Tell: An Aurora Steller Mystery Novel, [Author] Granthana Sinha

A mystery thriller which will keep you hooked until the very end. The author has woven an intriguing story, which will have you turning one page after the other, only to discover a brilliant and definitely surprising ending.

My thoughts:

It was interesting to read a thriller story that kept me guessing. Until the very last page, I could not figure out who was the killer, which was great. I loved the fast-paced writing style, and the author’s ability to develop a strong female character, in the person of Aurora Steller.

At a first glance, you might think that this is just another whodunit story. A body is found, and the police believe it to be a drug overdose. Aurora is the only one who realizes that things are not as they seem, being determined to find out of the truth. From here, things get complicated, and I invite you to read the book to discover how far greed and deceit can go.

Aurora is a heroine in her own way, as she is willing to risk her own life to bring justice to those who deserve it. Along the way, she will discover horrible, dark secrets, realizing that many of those she loves are in danger. Lies complicate her journey, but she will not hesitate to fight for the truth to come out.

Verdict:

This is a veritable page-turner, which will keep you entertained. A twisted tale of deceit that you will love, especially as you will follow Aurora in her journey of uncovering the truth. Suspense is right at home in this story, and I applaud the author for adding plenty of twists and subtle hints. Great job!
