[Book Review] Louise’s Marvellous World Tome 3, [Author] Mahina Perrot

A wonderful collection of three books, recommended for children ages 3 to 6, about a little girl and her adventures. Louise seems like a delightful child, and my daughter loved reading about all the fun things she does.

My thoughts:

Each book in the series explores a different adventure. We first see Louise going to school for the first time, and learning the alphabet. She makes new friends, and has plenty of fun.

Then, Louise attends Summer Camp, together with Nathan, who is her cousin. They have all sort of adventures, having a great time overall. Last, but not least, Louise is about to become a big sister; the little girl is over the moon, welcoming her baby brother in her life.

I loved the beautiful illustration, as these brought each story to life. The large fonts offer a pleasant reading experience, helping young readers follow the story until the end.

These books are perfect for children who are just learning to read, and they offer valuable lessons on what happiness is really all about. I applaud the author for her storytelling talent!

Verdict:

These books are great for any young child, whether one attempts to read by himself/herself, or prefers to be read to. Beautiful illustrations add to the value of the reading experience and, as you go through each story, you cannot help but fall in love with Louise’s contagious happiness. Well done!
