A fun picture book, which is the perfect reading choice for bedtime. I read this story to my daughter, and she had a lot of fun. It can be a great gift not only for Easter, but also for birthdays, and a nice addition to kindergarten libraries.
My thoughts:
The book is about, as the name clearly points out, the adventures of a chocolate bunny. What a fun and imaginative idea! Here we have a chocolate bunny which goes on the adventure of a lifetime, after being able to break free from a shop.
I found this book to be engaging, and my daughter loved the rhyming tale. It is not only funny, but it teaches little ones important lessons. Without giving anything away, I am going to tell you that the ending is surprising, to say the least. An ingenious twist to a fun adventure!
The book is short but creative, and the rhyming only adds to the delight of the story. I applaud the author for deciding to integrate a lesson on what can happen when you eat too much chocolate.

A fun and lovely book, perfect for bedtime reading! If you have a young kid who enjoys adventures and who is fond of bunnies, this is the perfect addition to your library. The surprise ending might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but we loved it, especially since we are trying to raise a child prepared for the real world.
