A book which brings together some of my favorite things: time travel, science fiction, and fantasy. The story of a teenager who goes on an unimaginable journey to find his missing parents, only to come across a hair-raising discovering. Another SF masterpiece from Andrew Reeves, an author who is quickly becoming one of my favorites.
My thoughts:
What a great story! I loved the idea of a daring teenager who goes on a quest, searching for his parents who vanished without a trace. The author has once again managed to weave an exciting, full-of-adventure story.
I won’t share too many details about it, because I want for you to read it yourself; however, in the words of the author, “Danny knows there is something important right beneath his town, beneath his house…” – this has already drawn your attention, am I right?
This is the kind of book it will be difficult to put down, and I am confident you will find the characters to be legendary. The plot is fabulous and I have every reason to believe Danny might easily become a new teenage hero. From another perspective, I consider this book presents some astonishing possibilities toward where science might be headed int the future. It would be great to see this book adapted into a movie!
Verdict:
From the first page to the last, I was hooked to the story. An epic journey full of surprises, with a teenager as the main character, who shows courage and strength in overcoming the challenges presented to him. This is the kind of book that will keep you guessing, a well-written mystery that I consider to be both imaginative and intriguing. Great job!
